We use Tizen Forum* to track Tizen bugs and to gather feature requests.

Anyone can add a new bug, comment on an existing bug, or even submit a patch to fix a bug. You will need to create a tizen.org account and use it to log into Jira to submit new bugs or post comments on existing bugs.
